What ADHD drug(s) is Wal-Mart covering in their $4 generic prescription program?
Just today a press release was issued stating that Wal-Mart pharmacy will now be covering additional drugs under its’ $4 generic program. All the articles I have read state that they will now be covering “some” attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) drugs. My question is: which one(s)? I have looked on every Wal-Mart $4 prescription list I can find, and I don’t see any ADHD drugs on any of them. Please don’t just give me a link to the drug list (I already have that. See below), tell me specifically which drug(s) are for ADHD. Thanks so much!

I just called my Wal-Mart pharmacy, and yes, it is generic Ritalin (methylphenidate) they’re adding. It is available for $4 in the 5mg and 10mg doses.
Thanks for the answers!
Thor: that is awesome news! It is the drug that most ADHD respond to.
