ADHD? Medication?
I want to take medication for ADHD, but my parents don’t let me? Is it bad or good? What can I tell my parents, so they can let me take it, I want a way out. I am tired of not begin able to focus. Its overwhelming, and I am tired of studying my ass off and still get an average grade or below on test. I am also tired off not begin able to start things, and finishing them. Should I do it behind their back, I am old enough to do so. Is it addicting, and are you depended on this medication for everyday life.
I have been given a prescription for medication. but its in the side of my bed. I really don’t know what to do with them.
yes its addictive, i took it for like 4 years off and on now i have been off of it for 4 months the longest ever but i still feel like i need it and when i was taking it i felt i couldnt function without it and i couldnt for awhile. it made me moody stressed out and i couldnt do anything but concentrate on stuff. now i feel like the time i took it messed my brain up so now im depressed. i did feel less depressed taking it though but i feel healthyer now. so why do i feel like i want to get back on it? i dont know “take the blue pill, or take the orange pill & see how deep the rabbit hole goes”
