ADHD ? How can I be sure of it?
Mkay, so here’s the deal: I’m 16, a sophomore, and have found my self having more and more difficulties paying attention and focusing. I’ve always been this way, and you could say an ‘outside the box’ thinker, but it’s never been an issue because classes than were easy as pie. However, now that I’m in high school, my inability to focus has become prudent and an issue, ya know ? A basic overview online shows ’symptoms’ that match mine, BUT, I’m not sure how to break the news to my doctor, or my parents especially(I think they’d be disappointed) so I can be tested and maybe diagnosed. I’m not your usual dumba**, so someone help a sister out, por favor.
DOnt’ be afraid to talk to ur parents, they’re ur parent for sake’s u supposed to tell em’ and talk to ur doctor. And chances r u don’t have ADHD i thought i had it because i was always moving my fingers and couldn’t get interested and pay attention. BUt i tried to control myself , my parents told me to calm dawn and read anything, and im… wouldn’t say better but more mature and stuff.
