How can I gain a couple of pounds?
without putting on fat?
Which foods have little calories and weight a lot?
Although I am a perfectly healthy weight I have been tying to lose a little fat weight and get a leaner, more toned body.
Over the last two months I have lost about 8 pounds (old fashioned diet and exercise) though tomorrow I have a doc appointment and when he sees the weight loss he and my mom will think it is a side affect from the concerta (ADHD meds).
She tends to get a bit paranoid about some things and if this is one of the things she decides to worry about too much I would be a very sad person. (in a metaphoical sense….)
So I am planning to dink a bunch of water before hand though what else would add weight (if I ate them right before I came)?
I was thinking green beans and othe veggies. Another thought was oatmeal.
So back to the original question, how can I gain some weight without adding fatty or unhealthful foods to my diet?

eat healthy things that have protein and things like that and work with more weight you could gain weight with muscle
